Internet users who illegally download films and music will have their broadband connection suspended or cut off under Government proposals due to be announced today.
And they will be announced, as is so very often the case these days, by the unelected Business Secretary - aka Deputy Primie Minister - Lord Mandelson, who was himself appointed by an unelected Prime Minister, as Redleader just pointed out here.
There's no question that copyright theft is a threat to the very future of world stability, though.
After all, if Labour hadn't cut and pasted that students' work from a website and used it as "fact" to sex up the infamous dodgy dossier, we may not have ended up at war in Iraq.
