I know wondering out loud about how BCUK rates blogs is akin to dressing up like a Ninja and breaking into Coca Cola's Atlanta HQ looking for the secret "recipe", but today I really am curious.
No offence, mind, but how has this contributor's blog ended up at number three in today's featured blogs?

Look at EVERY aspect of blog and break down into points...
So...
You get one point for:
- having a user name
- having a blog
- each entry
- each comment
- having a complete profile
- every profile view
- every comment
- every unique visit to your blog (page refresh won't work)
- every unique visit to your profile
- every trackback
- every recommend
Every twenty-four hours the points reset and you go back to zero and start building again.
By writing this post you helped build up more points for that blog as everyone follows the link then goes and looks at the profile.

That blog gets a phenomenal amount of hits every day.
