I am still shocked that Clarkson needed to apologise to Broom for calling him "one-eyed Scottish idiot". Apologising to the blind and Scottish I could understand, but Mordon Broom is an idiot!

Brown has only one real eye. Hence "one eyed" is an accurate description. "Idiot" is a subjective term, a matter of opinion. Therefore, in a world of free speech, perfectly acceptable. Ditto with "Cunt". Seems to me that people don't like it when certain people with influence don't toe the party line.
