Rubbish, it is nothing to do with physical age, it is to do with the maturity of the person in question.
Age is just an excuse people use when they are too scared to start/continue a relationship or want to get out of one, personality, maturity of mind and a fun nature are all that you need why should you care what it says on the birth certificate as long as it is before 1991?
