It is an "outrage", says UK International Development Secretary Dougie, 12, from Wee Bonny Scuntland, that "he" can attend a meeting about feeding the poor "while his own people are left to starve".
He added: "This is not a man with any credibility or any contribution."
Bizarrely, however, you will staggered to learn that he's talking about Robert Mugabe, who at least had the brevity to hold an admittedly rigged election which he still lost, then dismissed, and will now rig the next one with the aid of a few more armed militia.
Unlike Dougie's lust figure, that is, his fellow Scot and great-of-late Sub Prime Minister Broooon, who despite presiding over an economy so desperately in plight - despite all of his best efforts which now don't actually amount to much, do they? - that buying petrol means taking out a new mortgage (preferably from Northern Rock, as that way Broooon still gets the interest payments on the money he robbed off us in the first place) and food bills are akin to the bill for procuring a half pound of freshly sliced tiger penis in a Chinese market, doesn't believe in such trivial things as "elections".
Funny that.
Wankers.
